Didn't even notice it. Can I do it myself or do I have to take it to a watch shop ? Anyway thanks for pointing it out.

I think they'll have to open it up and take out the movement to get the dial/chapter ring (the tachymeter) out. Shouldn't be more than $40 or $50 i'd say - or free if it's less than 2 years old.
