was offered 18k the other day by a broker myself..
ur rite its ridiculous that they charge those prices for accesories AND the watches themselves but to me it's like me paying 2k for a fcar clutch or 3k for an italian suit.
that said i still wish to learn what a bracelet would go for in a US store/boutique so plz leme knw if u can assist mate

I agree with Mark. I do love the aesthetic of some of the AP ROO models, especially the Safari and the Rubberclad, but would never pay anywhere near what they sell for. I don't understand how they hold their price points as you rarely see them in the US.

Mine was the best watch investment I ever made. I bought mine new, wore it on and off for about a year and then sold it for more than double what I paid. This was before they had proper N.A. distribution, etc.
