What's on your wrist today?

How do you guys clean your watches? My Philip Stein has brushed steel and polished steel. The polished portion always gets smudges on it, which I don't get at all. I only wear it with dress shirts, I don't touch it or hit it against anything or cross my arms; I swear it may be some sort of dry cleaning residue? Anyways, just a cloth and rub it? Use any sort of solvent? It frustrates me to no end. I could never own a WG/RG watch unless it was brushed for this reason. Then it gets all this fine marring and .... Well you know.

I have polishing cloths, work really well. For simple smudges and what not I usually keep a small micro-fiber square near my watches, most watches come with one of those cloths these days. But for small scratches from a door ding, the Cape Cods work wonders.
