My father sent me one of these as a birthday gift.



The problem is that it's a bit too large for my wrist, both in width and height. Consequently, I had a rather awkward phone conversation relaying both my gratitude and the fact that it's unsuitable.

I'm thinking of taking it over to the Seiko dealer here and either selling it off, or trading it in. Should I pass it off as an unwanted gift, or get the receipt first?

 

I'm surprised that it's too big for you. I (being a teenager) have small wrists, and found that my model which is very similar to yours fits very well. You probably would need to get the receipt to return it.

Thanks, and I understand your surprise...guess I've got my genes to blame for that. My dad's wrists are thinner than mine, and he's considerably strong for his age.
