I don't appreciate watches enough to justify spending that kind of $. Plus I don't want my arm cut off. I do live in a high crime rate country.
My nicest piece is the IWC big pilot perpetual calender that is arriving and I think that will be my limit

Haha - I've got precautionary measures for that. However, it's easier to lose small items such as a watch. A car it a bit hard to hide away and most of mine are of a handful here

Wearing the Deep Sea at the moment, delayed in Charlotte. Flying US Airways sucks...

Anyway, since I am such a flipper of watches, I'm dumping another watch that I picked up that won't get any wrist time because of the Deep Sea and my Lum-Tecs. If anyone is interested in a Chopard Mille Miglia Titanium Chrono Automatic, PM me and we will work something out. No boxes or papers, but it has the stock "tire rubber" strap, and a perforated leather strap as well.
