Thanks Pablo.

Josh, did you see the HM2 on an owner's wrist or at Westime?

Is it just me or do you find the main sales lady extremely standoffish?

which location do you go to? i get along fairly well with everyone there, but if you're not a big customer and you go in asking for deep discounts, you can expect them to be a bit standoffish for sure.

I was taking a look at a few stores in Beverly Hills so i made my way up to the Via Rodeo store.

I didn't mention any discounts when i was in there and i'm not the only person that has commented on her mannerisms...

On another note what are your thoughts on the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms? I think i prefer it to getting a Rolex.

I like Blancpain. I'm still not sold on the proportions of the new FF though. I'd have to wear one for a while before I could really comment. I do believe that Blancpain makes the best bracelets in the world, so I would wait until they release the version on a bracelet. Also their chrono movement is very good (F Piquet) so I would get the Air Command version.

One of the few gold watches that has ever appealed to me

Looks fantastic!

It's a lovely watch but there's more interesting and exciting pieces out there for 22k. As i said, it was pretty underwhelming so i'll wait until i find something else.

All is well here. How are you?

retail was 49k but it's a bit misleading as they have been sold out for a while and that price was in like 2004 I think (before retail prices on everything EXPLODED).

Looking for a watch on a bracelet, so it would be 3712/1a, 5712/1a, or 5980. Also, like I said, I would love an RO perpetual.

Last time I traded this watch it was for an AP T3 so that's an idea of the sort of trade I'd like to do. Not super focused on end value, just want to get something new that I like, e.g. 5712's are selling for mid 20's and 5980's for low 30's but I would take either.

A $3000 service? That's a lot of blow...
