Andy Rooney - "What Is It With People And Watches?"

I think this is hilarious. None of my attorney friends or co-workers understand why I need a "collection" of watches. They just don't get it.

Andy Rooney needs to just die. He makes crusty old farts look bad. Did you see his cameo in Borat? What a piece of work. I seriously can't stand him, his pompous attitude, etc. **** him. And I'll take the 6 months' contempt...

Its the same thing with shoes, why do people have over 10 pairs of shoes its a habbit and its a persons preference of dressing, collecting which applies to things such as cars and watches.

I have been collecting watches since the early ages, I have many old watches that still work today and the fact that I can remember each watches story, where it was purchased and what did I like at that time. I know can differ and really notice how my tastes in watches is improving from the day of Swatch watches to current day.

I view Andy's work as comedy and I love it. I think the guy does a good job of making fun of everything including himself.

Roy

ps. I still have the 1st watch I bought and I'm 49
