Help me find a nice Nickel-Free Watch

I have an allergy to nickel and leather... Which really cuts down the amount of nice watches I can wear. I tend to stick to titanium watches, although I'm getting tired of the look. I've heard that ESQ watches are made hypo-allergenic, however I emailed the company and they said they can't guarantee them to be completely nickel free.

I have a titanium Panerai (177), as well as many Seiko's and Skagens. What else is out there that I can wear? I've been recommended the Chopard Mille Miglia, but I've never seen one in person and they don't look too flattering online.

I would love to find something in black, and something high-gloss and completely hypo-allergenic, without a leather strap. I have larger hands and wrists so I also prefer a larger diameter face with a thicker bezel. I love the Porsche design P6612 watch, but at $4k it seems a bit pricey (paying for the branding).

Help me TS!

IWC Ingenieur AMG, choice of chrono or non chrono and strap (not leather, synthetic) or bracelet. It's on my short list.

And wow, I have never heard about leather allergy. That must really suck. Can you even ride in a car with leather seats?!

Wow, that Chopard looks awesome from those pictures... Much better than the stock pics. Also, the IWC is a classic as well. I guess I'm going to start shopping around.

I've been told that I'm not allergic to leather itself, but rather the dye's they put in leather to preserve it... In any case, there isn't any leather I can wear. I don't have a problem with leather seats fortunately, however it's not uncommon for me to get rashes on my feet from leather shoes.

I've just gotten used to telling people that I'm allergic to nice things, haha.
