excellent choice of a watch, excellent choice of a dial. my vote goes to bracelet fwiw. 42 is large enough for a round case and imho it is always to go smaller than larger with watches. eg a datejust at 36mm is awesome no matter what

it's actually more like $35.5k from the showroom before a real sit-down and crunching numbers for buying it. a lot of money, but it is a lot of watch. that is PP money 5726, 5980

 

i just asked for the price was around 14000 kd

as for PP the watch was too small 39mm and the asking price of 11000kd , i think is not worth it

still 35.5k is not cheap, compared to a 20k BB or 7k for TG

if i go watch shopping i'll definitely call u Ali, u sure are helpful and know ur watches

unfortunately the JLC chapter has to be closed for now after a chat with the boutique, it's impossible to play with the two i was interested in irl and traveling to just see a watch is nuts even for a watch nut innit fwiw the amvox2 concept dethroning the mc chrono2 as my fav sports/red-accented jlc is a big deal





and i think it's ironic yet sensible that jlc chose to advertise the gorgeous AMVOX5 WC Racing without showing the AM logo in the open half centre



thus it's business as usual with the BB in the lead, if anything the misdirection of the JLCs was beneficial to assert its place in my heart's wishlist



and if that does not go through and the panda stays, i can see how the faintest signals on my radar atm can grow and need to be dealt with in a year's time for this to go in a completely different direction
