Salsa/Hot Sauce!!

Recently guy's, i've been infatuated with spicy food again.. I eat rather healthy, so always lace up my grilled chicken with some sort of spicy low sugar sauce/salsa or something, trying to make stuff interesting!

BUT I can't find a damn good Salsa that doesn't taste cheap/jar made I want that lime/chipotle sort of home made salsa with a nice kick.

Any thought's guy's, post up your favorite salsa's and hot sauce (within reason , not too crazy hot where food becomes unenjoyable!

This stuff is about the healthiest stuff you can get. The flavor isn't the best, but its got a nice kick...I go through a bottle every couple months.

Ever try Sriracha on sushi? Mmmmm Mmmmmm good! As far as salsa goes, make your own. It's easy and way better than anything you can buy.

Whole vine ripened tomatoes
Lemon (better than lime IMO)
Finely chopped jalapenos - the key is to find jalapenos with rounded ends because they are spicier
Chopped onions
Grated garlic
Lots of cilantro
Salt
Black pepper

Easy as can be and far tastier than Pace or some other bottled crap.
