Honeymoon in Tokyo and Hong Kong
Getting married January 5th and then we are off to Tokyo for 4 days and then 3 days in Hong Kong.
Looking for best hotels to stay in and things that are a must do in these places.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Eric

Peninsula in HK is great, and hotel guests get to skip the refugee English tea line.
In general, the view is nicer on the Kowloon side.
Oh, try to get the harbor view suite, the view is worth it.

4Seasons on Central side is also very nice... The view is possibly a little better from Kowloon side, but the location of 4Seasons is very convienent. Be sure to take the super long escalador (longest in the world) which originates in the IFC Mall in Central! Totally worth it, you get a good overview of all of the small side streets in Central.
On a good day - Peak is a must, amazing view.
Restaurant Gaia, Tims Kitchen, Lei Garden, Chinese @ 4Seasons, Nobu are all great. Best italian is called Lupa in the LHT Tower.
Go to Din Tai Fung for dumplings (very crowded over lunch hour).
Sevva Bar also gives a great view.
If you want to go out, check out DragonI, Fly, Volar and Tazmania Ballroom. Walk around Lan Kwai Fung area for bars (close to said escalator).
Taking a trip between Central and Kowloon on the Starferry is exciting.
Thats all ive got for HK now, heading there again this summer - ill post some further tips if anything really stands out.

I stayed at the Penninsula as well and was very impressed. However, there were some great looking hotels over on the Island as well.
