Car parking is VERY expensive. Either you have a parking or two with your apartment, or you will have to rent or buy one (or more)....
You can keep you Monaco registered car in France, but you will need to have your official address in Monaco. Many prefer to live just outside Monaco, like in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

Walther Koenig is a friend of mine. They did exhaust for my Ferrari 360, the S 73 AMG and this. The sound of the Murcielago was crazy!
