$50 Margarita in Chicago?

$50 Margarita in Chicago?
Apparently there is a place in Chicago where they sell a $50 margarita. One of my mom's friends is sick with cancer and wants to have one before she goes. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Not all that worth it.
If shes a tequila drinker, better off sending her a bottle of Herradura Silver or the obvious choice....Patron Platinum.
