I was expecting to see the restaurant Le Langoustier from Port Quorolles in France in that list.

I have eaten at Le Bernardin, Daniel, and, Jaan par Andre, (now just called Jaan) in Singapore. The latter is excellent and possibly has the most stunning urban view I have ever seen.
