I am looking for a place for my wife and I to go to for our anniversary. I like beach trips and am looking for something very nice and very quiet and secluded.

Our past trips have been Little Palm Island in the Keys and Auberge in Napa.

Where have you guys BEEN that was secluded and quiet and romantic. I need personal references and not places you have heard of. The literature always looks better.

I was here with my wife on our baby moon, and we loved it.

Hotels Hua Hin - Aleenta Resort and Spa Hua Hin - Luxury Hotel Hua Hin

The room opens directly onto the beach, and there's a personal little pool as well. The food was great (if you like seafood and medium rare burger)

Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately, if your anniversary is coming up soon, you should probably avoid it until they sort out their political mess. It will take another month or two.

I have yet to go here since it wasn't open the last time I checked and I don't have the funds either lol. But I have been to plenty of places in Fiji and since this is one of the most exclusive places you and Mrs. will surely be treated like Royalty.

Thomas I agree with Ben (the other one). St. Barths is a perfect place where you can be totally alone if you chose or head into Gustavia if you want a little atmosphere. Also its one of my favorite places in the world. You can rent a house or try Eden Rock (close to the airport slightly less private) or Le Guanahani (further across the island ... maybe 10 mins but more secluded).

 

How far do you wanna fly??

I can give you some good recommendations in the south pacific.
