Dinner / wine tasting with Thomas Keller tomorrow

Pretty excited about a small event here in Pittsburgh, of all places, with "The" Thomas Keller. Hope it's as good as the French Laundry experience. This time, TK will actually be making the food

yes chuck we did last fall and it was great.
the tasting last night was a benefit for a local chef who died of colon cancer. She was credited, By Keller himself, for introducing Elysian Fields lamb to TK and thus to the rest of the culinary world. TK came to prepare and present some of her recipes. It was a very nice night and TK was a pleasure to meet and talk to. The food was from the book "Living to Cook" by Jane Citron.
I highly recommend it.
Brian
