Yep, wasn't strong enough. The rest of the chicken turned out fine.

The sauce was great, reduced rice wine+soy sauce (all natural with no preservative from Taiwan)+sesame oil+some sugar=awesomeness.

I need to get a plant for this reason, did you buy it online?

Sounds amazing. I am definitely going to make that dish soon. How much sesame oil did you use? 1 cup is an awful lot of oil (and calories!!!)

The Thai basil plant came from the potted herb section at Lowes It was pretty small when I bought it, as were the rest of my herbs, but it has filled out nicely.

1/3 of a cpu sesame oil, 1/3 cup of rice wine, and 1/3 cup of soycause.

Get the Kim Ve Wong kind available at your local 99 Ranch Market.

This is for 2 pounds of chicken

My wife made us this yesterday and it was a big hit. With brown rice and the leftover sauce it was awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome recipe, it was delicious.....and I suck at cooking

I don't want to sound stupid or turn this place into Betty Crocker, but has any buddy thought about a recipe sub forum under Teamspeed lifestyle? I know alot of us enjoy grilling and cooking. anyways its a suggestion
