Need a good fish skinning knife

Price is not important.

I am sick of using my ghetto Chinese grocery store big ass cooking knife to clumsily skin white salmons.

Don't they make them ceramic high tech thingie that goes right through anything and can skin a fish in half a second?

Any help appreciated.

My friends little brother was selling cutco knives door to door at the time, so I bought it off him. Little SOB took forever to deliver it, but I've thoroughly enjoyed it since.

You can buy the 300 dollar Kyocera Zirconium Carbide sushi knife, so I am still a little puzzled by Cutco's seemingly arcahic distribution and retail models.
