Post your favorite Italian Olive oil

Ever since the mrs introduced me to olive oil instead of butter for bread, I have not looked back.

This one was brought back from Italy by my MIL, and it is so far our favorite of all that we have had, ranging from Napa to Italy.

I am by NO means an aficionado of fine Olive Oils, so I'm just curious how substantial are the differences between two different brands, regions, etc.?
