Avocado trick

OK, maybe I am just "ignant," but I thought I would share the avocado trick that our nanny showed us.

So apparently, you can keep your guacamole fresh and green by leaving the seed in there.

What's even better is if you have left over avocado, simply put the seed back in, and the avocado will stay fresh and green.

Heh, a nice supply of guacamole in the fridge FTW.

Yup... Works Great. Lemon Juice works good as well. If I use Half an Avocado, Ill keep the seed in it, Vacuum seal that baby up and it will last for a good week...
