Hotel in Paris

Going to Paris in June and need some advice about hotels, looking for something not too expensive but still central. Any suggestions?

I'm a big Starwood fan and I stayed at the Westin Paris...it was great and located right next to the Louvre and Jardin Tuileries...also a fantastic brasserie called Chez Flottes that you must try...had some great meals there including crepes and a bottle of Chateau D'Yquem...

I'm going to Paris in July and I too chose the Westin. Looked very nice and was in a good location.

Also, check the Hotel Regina. Incredible location right by the Louvre and Champs, beautiful hotel a little off the radar sometimes. Can be expensive, but I've gotten deals there before.

My French friends recommend Novotel. The price is very reasonable and the location is extremely convenient. Very modern hotels too! Starwood are really cool hotels as well. "W" is my one of my favorites. If you want high end try Sofitel.

The Westin is a good one, there is a nice club inside "Le first"

2010-16M is an unknown quantity at this point

Staying at the Westin as well later this month. Granted, it'll be cold this time of the year but plan on having some fun regardless. Any tips on Bistros, Lounges, interesting places to check out etc are welcome.
