Do you have any recommendations on where to go? my brother and his buddies are planning to visit the west coast this summer and go on a few road trips: Vegas, Lake Tahoe ect. and plan to keep a flat in SoCal as there base if you will. I'd appreciate any help Thanks

just look on craigslist for July sublets... I moved out here in June of last year and subletted for the first two months until I found a place I was comfortable comitting to.

I had an amazing place in one of the nicest buildings around and was barely paying anything... rich kid (E63 + 360 CS at 28!) was going to be gone for the summer and figured it was better to make something off the place than to just let it sit empty.

 

Versailles - Contemporary Furnished Apartments

Here's a nice one. It's fully furnished and in Beverly Hills. I'm looking into this place as well for my 1 month getaway.

 

We're going to have to have a TS dinner this summer while everybody is here!

 

Look for sublets from college students that went home for the summer--UCLA is in a great area with lots of stuff in walking distance and close to the 405.

 

Take a look at Manhattan Beach.....beautiful, safe, great community. Central location. Very close to LAX.
