I answered this in another thread, but for good club/lounges, you're looking at 1Oak, Tenjune, Country Club, Butter, Beatrice Inn, Greenhouse. If you want bigger clubs, you can look at Marquee, Pink Elephant, Pacha (beware of guidos) and Mansion (again beware of guidos).

I retract my opinion on Greenhouse btw, that place blows now. And Beatrice Inn is now closed. Tenjune is kind of annoying too.
I would say 1Oak, Bijou, Rose Bar, Butter, Country Club, RDV, Gold Bar, are all safe bets pretty much any night.
