Italy trip recommendation

Looking for a trip in late April to Italy for 2 wks. We'll be going to Rome, Florence, Venice and the usual spots.

A few questions:

1. How do I schedule a factory tour at Ferrari?
2. Which hotels / B&B to stay at?

Thanks!

Don't think you can do a factory tour unless you own a Ferrari or have one on order. Think you can only visit museum or something.

I would highly recommend the Luna in Venezia Luxury Hotels In Italy – Baglioni Luxury Hotels Italy, London & Budapest – Our Italy Luxury Hotels

As far as Rome goes, there are quite a few nice hotels near the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese (Sofitel, etc.)

In Florence, check out il Latini for dinner

I strongly recommend Hotel Bauer in Venice, it is very good and if you will be driving during the trip, try to see Trieste which is 100km to the east of Venice, near the Slovenian border.
It is one of the most beautiful European cities I've ever seen. Very alive, very warm, great architecture, cool street life and best of all it is not touristic at all. So a good chance to see real Italian way of living.

just got back from italy

venice-stay at the baglione. five star and perfect location and save some money over the other two or three five star hotels. Water taxis are the biggest ripp off in- 80 dollars for two minutes and private from airport was even crazier. Food. Harry's bar. Venice isn't the best place for food in italy so don't go crazy there

Skiing=i skied cortina so if you have questions on this then email me
