I am currently in the process of waiting for a set of ADV1 wheels to arrive at my home in Southern California. ADV1's manufacturing facility is located in Southern California, about 10 minutes from my home. From the time I gave my deposit to a wheel shop (not going to name names) and up until today, it has been 67 days. Friday will be 10 weeks. Since I started questioning as to what could be going on with the wheels, I did my research and I have heard and read some negative things in regards to ADV1. Is it true that they are a spin off of 360 Forged? 360 Forged supposedly pulled some pretty shady shit back in the day and that is why they have since changed face. Any info from fellow TS members would be greatly appreciated as I am getting pretty f*ing fed up over here. Buying wheels for your ride is supposed to be an exciting and fun experience. This whole process has made me disgusted. I cannot seem to get a legitimate answer from anyone as to why this process has taken so long and not been completed in the promised 3 - 4 weeks. I am also very baffled as to why a wheel shop would be passing me off to the manufacturer and not fighting for me. I would highly suggest that someone think twice about doing business with ADV1 as I would not want for someone to go through what I have.

 

360 Forged was taken over by another wheel company and the original owners of that started ADV1 after screwing up with 360F
