NUTEK Wheels joins Teamspeed
Good day everyone, my name is Jim Dunphy and I represent NUTEK Wheels, we recenty joined TEAMSPEED and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to all of you, and also bring you information about NUTEK Wheels.
We are located in Orange CA. and we have over 30 years experience in the wheel industry. We understand that there are many choices for wheels in today's competitive market and we believe that our product and service is worth the investment. NUTEK Wheels are all custom built to order 19" to 24", we use 6061 T6 grade Forged centers, and we use 6061 T6 grade Spun Aluminum rims that feature a double rolled edge on the inner and outer rim components.
We conduct all our own in house design, engineering, programing, and manufacturing...we have 2 Femco WT70 Lathe machines, and we have a 2 Haas CNC machines, we have a 3axis and we also have a 5axis.
We only outsource finishing, we work with long time suppliers in the industry for Polishing/brushing, painting , Powder coating, chrome plating, and custom ceramic and OE paint combinations.
All final assembly and sealing of our wheels is done in house.
