Best $200-300 Acoustic ???
I'm going to be looking for an acoustic in the next 1-2 months. I'm not in a huge hurry to buy one due to financial restraints but I've got some tunes that would be best played on a good ole fashioned acoustic guitar.
Once I get an acoustic and bass I can start making my own complete songs. I just got this electric drumeset the other day (going to be modifying the bass pedal rig to accept a real kick pedal)
My room is getting cramped!

I think that you can score an Epiphone Masterbuilt, used in that price category. I've got one with a fingerstyle fretboard that is simply outstanding for the $550 that I paid for it. I'm an electric player, but have only (sadly) recently gotten into playing acoustic.

So many to choose from!!!
Why can't there just be like 1 or 2 obvious choices?
Also, I think I'm leaning toward a cutaway body to make it easier to reach the higher notes.
Hmmm, choices choices choices...

When I was looking to pick up a acoustic a while back I went in with a friend who plays guitar and we fooled around with prob 20 different guitars and hands down even on the lower end of the budget (didnt want to spend more than 400-500) The Taylor sounded the cleanest and fullest out of all of them. Unfortunately I never ended getting one, but I would really like to get one now as I think it would be good to learn and its something I have wanted to do forever.
