Attn: Beastie Boys fans
I found this clip where MCA is stating that he has cancer. He says its in his neck and has to undergoe surgery next week. I am uncertain of the day when this was posted as it may be old news. Hope everything turns out for the best, the Beasties were one of my favorite groups growing up.

Reports say it's a cancerous tumor in his parotid gland, which is a salivary gland. They're canceling the rest of their tour this year. Hopefully Adam makes a full recovery and they get back to making fun, cool music.

Damn. That does suck. I always loved the beastie boys. growing up outside of chicago, we used to roll around in my buddies old crown vic and listen to them. to this day that "girls" song just cracks me up & brings back fond memories!
