Rise Above - Afro Celt Sound System
Come On by Andy Hunter (if this one doesn't make you want to put the pedal to the metal, you are braindead)

Among the many concerts I saw last year which included Rush, Van Halen, Judas Priest/Black Sabbath, Stone Temple Pilots (twice) and Megadeath, Iron Maiden/Anthrax was far and away the best, and of those two, Anthrax killed it (not that Iron Maiden didn't either
). I saw that show from the pit at Irvine Meadows and Anthrax played what essentially amounted to an 8 song, "greatest hits" set opening with Indians.......talk about energy!!!!!!!! The new lead singer is no Joey Belladona, but he is good. Hopefully they will be touring the the US again soon.

Lately that's been my go-to driving song. Non-stop energy from first to last note.
I'll add some favorites for driving:
Alice in Chains - Again (really anything by Alice in Chains...)
Bone Thugs - Handle the Vibe
Depeche Mode - Suffer Well
Disturbed - Voices
The Dreaming - Sticks and Stones
Flatt and Scruggs - Foggy Mountain Breakdown (the ultimate getaway song!)
Foreigner - Hot Blooded
Guns 'n' Roses - Mr. Brownstone, etc.
Korn - Here to Stay
Mastodon - Crystal Skull
Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls
NIN - The Hand That Feeds
Nitzer Ebb - Control I'm Here
Notorious BIG - Hypnotize
Rage - Pretty much all of it
Shadows Fall - The Light that Blinds
Skindred - Nobody
Slipknot - Vendetta
Soundgarden - Pretty Noose
Stabbing Westward - Drugstore, Shame, So Wrong, etc. etc.
STP - Crackerman, Down, Sex Type Thing, etc.
System of a Down - Chop Suey, Jet Pilot, Toxicity
Tomahawk - God Hates a Coward
Willie Nelson/Toby Keith - Beer For My Horses
I could go on forever! I love music, and I love to drive. Nothing like a great energetic song, top down and clear pavement in front of you! I have plenty of other songs, but frankly many of them are embarrassing to mention in public...
And yes, I went alphabetically through my iTunes...
