I have been a big Pat fan for about 10-years now. I love the whole smooth jazz scene. I believe I used some Pat stuff in one of my videos here on the site. I also really like Norman Brown and Earl Klugh. Years ago, I got to see Norman Brown play a concert in a small room at the Palance Station in Las Vegas - long before he got famous. There were only about 50 of us crammed into this tiny bar area cordoned off by velvet drapes. He played for about 2 hours. At one point, he came down into the crowd, sat down and played some acoustic versions of some of his best songs - songs that were not even out yet and would later form the foundation of his career. He is my favorite.

Great post!!
