Why, simply put I just bought a new house, and I would just like something I dont have as much $$ into, and also something I can drive as a daily driver. Maybe a 458 or similar.

Sold that too! Come on brotha your way late to this party haha. Had the black one you saw, then got a McLaren orange one, sold it to a good friend, then this is looking like it might go as well.
