German Full-Hybrid vehicles are gone

All secretly, still and quietly Full-Hybrid technic vehicles are removed from the program:

Withdrawn from the market:

Audi A6 Hybrid
Audi Q5 Hybrid
Audi Q7 Hybrid
BMW 3series ActiveHybrid
BMW 5series ActiveHybrid
BMW 7series ActiveHybrid
BMW X6 Hybrid
Mercedes E-Class Hybrid
Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid
Porsche Panamera S Hybrid
VW Touareg Hybrid

A possible explanation: e.g. Audi A6 Full-Hybrid (vs Audi A6 2.0 TFSI )
+ 14.500 Euro
+ 145 kg / cw 1770 kg
- 155 L luggage compartment
- 0,8 L/100km Urban/City reduced fuel consumption (same 5series ActiveHybrid)
+/- 0 L/100km Autobahn/Freeway same fuel consumption (same 5series ActiveHybrid)

Next manufacturers try 'Plug-In Hybrids': e.g. 2016 Audi Q7 E-Tron Plug-in-Hybrid
Q7 E-Tron V6 TDI 258 hp + 93 ehp ...................... (Audi Q7 V6 3.0 TDI 272 hp)
+ 19.600 Euro .................................................. (more than V6 3.0 TDI)
+ 375 kg (cw 2.520 kg) ..................................... (more weight than V6 TDI)
- 240 L luggage compartment ............................. (less than V6 3.0 TDI)
claim (acc. 1999/100/EG):
1,9 L/100km + 19,0 kWh/100km .......................... (5,7 L/100km EU-Drittelmix Audi Q7 V6 3.0 TDI claim [acc. Audi])
6,1 L/100km + 15,8 kWh test result [Spiegel auto] . (7,8 L/100km Audi Q7 V6 3.0 TDI test result [Auto Bild])
