Nighthawk look awesome. Do they have the same guaranteed accuracy as Wilson?

You're describing two different guns.
Guns that are "super accurate" aren't normally in the "always works" category. Precision 1911's aren't a workhorse weapon.

I'll actually amend my statement... You're describing three guns!
The "re-sale" equation... Bro... C'mon... We're talkin guns here... Who buys with re-sale in mind?

If you're looking for a range queen who's main quality is precision, spend away! If you're looking for a quality 1911 that'll always work, check out the Taurus PT1911. Yes... I said Taurus... I've got Wilson, Kimber, etc... And yes, I have a Taurus PT1911... I'd put it up against anyone of them in a go to, workhorse gun. It is one helluva gun. Accurate and reliable. I know I know... not a boutique name... But if you're buying a gun for a name, you're buying for the wrong reason.

I don't remember what their accuracy guarantee is but I do know the guns are capable of greater accuracy than I am. Nighthawk custom was started by some of the guys from Wilson. NHC, Wilson, Baer, Brown...all great 1911s.

Wilson, Nighthawk, Ed Brown, Les Baer would be considered the best assembled (slide-to-frame fit) 1911's outside of full-custom pieces. They will always be more accurate than the shooter, and they will usually sell better on the pre-owned market.

Your best bet is to shoot them.

Are you planning on carrying this piece daily?

Guys, remember that there is a big difference in a "target" or a "range queen" gun, and a carry/work gun. Don't buy a gun simply based upon a name.
