Finished putting together my rifle...
Rem 700 with AICS stock and Harris bipod, Redfield scope on it until my Leupold comes in...

24 inch barrel, .308cal
Using it mainly for range time at the moment, but I'll be taking hog hunting before long :-)

I'm going to get an AR .308 or build a .338 Lapua for my range/pig/deer rifle. It should be a good time knocking over those little piggies at 1k yards.

I considered the 338 as well, but the 308 could do everything I needed and the ammo was more reasonable :-)

That's where they get you... The G-D!! ammo. Looks like a nice build to me though. Looking forward to seeing it complete.
