Do you guys plan to have concrete pylons installed at the front of the store to deter criminals from crashing into the storefront and emptying your inventory?
I would also suggest a roll down garage style security door inside or out. The most popular way to get free guns is by way of crashing stolen truck into unprotected glass.
One break-in will usually do a CA gunstore in for good.

The windows are all barred inside, and gated. You just cant see it from the outside.

Following my thoughts exactly....

All our inventory is secured in great big safes and they are bolted deeply into the concrete. The only thing they would be able to steal is accessories, but we are asking about a pole install directly in the middle of the glass.

concerning the front of your shop,I agree that the GUNS logo is not the best solution.
Makes it appear a bit shady like a flashing "liquor store" sign in front of a liquor store

Replace "GUNS" with local LEO/Wounded Warrior. Save room for new manufacturers on the right. Consider putting your logo in color instead of having only white text across your front. Fortify your front.
Which is cheaper:

- Concrete barrier
- Replacing the framing, door, glass, and window bars

We are already in discussion about placing two large posts directly in front...We are kind of lucky, as we ran into a PD officer from our local law at the SHOT show. He came out to the shop last week, looked around, filled us in on the local scumbag activity. Told us we are in a good location, unlikely to get rolled. They are all totally stoked about us opening up. I told him (he is the second shift supervisor) that we will always have coffee and internet for them to come by and do paper work.
