VIDEO - FPS Russia...nuff said...!!!

The tail end of the minigun video smells a bit fake. Namely as there's no barrel glow after several hundred rounds, and there's a distinct conventional machinegun background nose, perhaps with the minigun drone dubbed over it.
Rough guess, mounted mini is real, slung is really a M-60 movie prop gun.
Miniguns generate a LOT of recoil. It's unlikely anyone could hang on to one like that.

Some are owned, most of the big artillary is borrowed. A minigun is just a class 3 NFA weapon like any other machinegun, albeit considerably more expensive than most. You can pick one up in sane states with a $200 tax stamp and a big pile of money for the gun.

Quite cunning, he has chosen to reside in the only state that doesn't actually work as a comeback to "In Russia"-jokes.

I get that, more was asking how obtainable a minigun is. I've never seen/heard of one being for sale..

I've seen a few M134s come up every now and again, typically in the $200k range. Most have the newer Dillon version, and do so generally as FFL/SOT manufacturers.
