^ Ara has a POF in .308. I've heard good things, but have heard recently that their customer service went to shit, and their falling way behind on their orders.

LWRC PSD or Scar. They other 2 I wouldn't ever spend the money on just my preference. I doubt finding a Scar will be that hard to find either..

You could build a couple AR Pistols too. Thats next for me

Very cool, good choice. The 556 is really a great bargain at current prices. The LWRC and SCAR are also great choices but are obviously at a much higher price point.

Although it took a bit of work to get the accuracy where I wanted it, I really like my Sig 556. I feel the 556 is a very robust design at its core that has unfortunately been tarnished by Sig putting on cheap furniture and slacking in the QC department early on (canted rail for example). Mine is a great piece of hardware that has never choked in thousands of rounds no matter what I feed it, it always feeds perfectly and ejects brass with serious authority.

Let me know if you have any questions as I have learned a bit from fiddling with mine.

Brett

Yes, thank you very much for the offer! I was rather suprised, as i paid out the door only 1300 for the rifle, including couple of magazines and such.

Very sturdy feeling weapon for sure.

Regarding the SCAR and LWRC, they had both as well, and I really REALLY liked the LWRC. Just a put together piece of machinery for sure. But pricing, wow. The standard was 2100 + and the SCAR was at 2800.

So for the bang for the buck, ill take the SIG. I really look foward to shooting it!
