picked up a nighthawk

I meant to post this yesterday but I didn't hit send. My new Nighthawk Talon II commander sized with Heine Straight 8 sights on it. The gun underneath is my daily, Ed Brown Executive Carry.

Nice looking pistols. Tell us more about the nighthawk... I thought that the Ed Brown pistols were pretty much the top of the line. What made you look to them rather than other 1911 manufacturers? Is it the more toys is better than less toys debate or have you determined that there are specific attributes that you cannot go without?

I love Ed Brown. In fact, if the shop I was at had had a Classic Custom in stock I would have bought it right there. However, they had the Talon II and I couldn't pass it up being that I can actually mix it in with my daily carry pistols.
