seems to be easy to get stuff from them without paying that wall of shame is not a deterant but an open invitation. That list is extensive ....

I'd call them and ask why they allow people to get their stuff without paying, but that's just me.

I suspect it is a combination of folks doing T&E for articles, bad checks or just scam artists in general. That site has some nice optics...

I'm not defending the guy's business practices, but apparently he has been pretty successful by letting customers "try before they buy" since when purchasing high end optics, you rarely can find them locally to check out in person. There is something to be said for being a man of your word on both ends of the deal. It's a shame so many people are eager to rip somebody off who is doing what he thinks is right to offer a higher level of customer service.

I like his business strategy, and I love him posting the deadbeats. Hard to say this is a bad strategy on his part, as these may well represent a tiny fraction of his sales, and be well worth the cost of their bad debt expense.

And he has great optics!
