Don't think they'll need a gun to kick my ass. Don't recall the name, but at least one of those guys is one of the notorious Operators everybody likes to pretend to be in the know about. I've seen some other videos with him, and he's seriously fast and seriously efficient.
ETA: Chris Costa, that's his name. Also included is a couple of other vids:

LOL, not quite.
Seriously though, if you aren't at least practicing shooting weak side, what is the point? And if you do take a round in the arm/shoulder, get thrown from a vehicle or injured directly by an IED, some gang banger wrecks you off the road and you're injured in the crash, etc. what will you do when that first magazine runs dry? Better have something drilled in your head for how you're gonna handle that reload and stay in the fight, at least until you can un-ass the area or help arrives.

Gobbles = gospel
When you go to the range, don't use the hand that you are conditioned to use.
You need to work on off hand and off position shooting because there would be very few self defense situations where you're able to take a proper stance and grip. Good to use the fundamentals to get to know your weapon, but work in whatever position sucks the most to make you really proficient.
