HAHA Serves the dumbass DA right for trying that BS case. As an ex-dealer myself, you do EXACTLY what the ATF says to do and thats that. If those buyers passed the ATF check, and the state check, then what else could he do? They would have to prove he KNEW beyond any doubt the guns were being sold or illegally transfered and from experience, you did not have ANY conversation like that with a buyer. For no other reason then to avoid the possible trap our good buddies at ATF were trying to set....
