Shooting gloves

What are you using? I never realized there was such a big market for them until now. Perhaps I need to get some.

Mitch,

I have always used the gloves I get from my Snap On tool guy, dont have a picture of them but they worked the best for me as they have slight padding by the thumb "drumstick" area on the palm.
Did you see my pics of some of the guns I have in yesterdays post? I figured you would be all over them, lol.

Thanks dude. Yeah, I saw the pics. I am all over them........I forgot to post I guess.
Headed that way shortly. So in conclusion the shooting gloves on the market today are not worth the money?

Honestly for me no they are not worth it, you can get a pair of pretty good gloves at Home Depot for decent $$. I go thru about 3-4 pair as I use mine in tearing apart the machine guns etc and they get dirty fast.
IMHO.

I wear biking gloves with the cut off finger tips. I like to feel the trigger with my skin.

I have been contemplating the gloves only for warmth as the indoor range has been a little stingy on the heater lately. I love the smell of powder residue!

Now only if you can get your wife to think Hoppes #9 makes a great cologne you would be set Mitch

As for me, I can't stand wearing anything on my hands; makes my hands too numb for any responsive feedback.
