Gumpert Apollo S delivered for the Gumball....

Here are a couple quick pictures from yesterday, it took 1.5 hours to get it off the truck. I will add more and details later.

Is that driving in the rally? If so, I'd think that the clearance would be a little tough.

Its a beast!!! This pic was taken about a min after 2 2x4s we were using to level the car out shot out from under the tires. Reza was moving the Gumert forward to readjust the car, the tires spun and out came the 2x4s from under the tires almost taking my leg off. I wish we had that on video the 2x4s slide about 50 feet down the street.

Yes its driving in the rally. Clearance is a big problem for this model. The car is a factory demo car with out the height adjustable suspension that customer cars will come with so we have been very careful where we have driven it so far. We are moving the car to the city sometime tomorrow afternoon. Tonight we are going to do a dry run to plan out a route because the start is at the top of Nob Hill in SF with rough roads all over SF and very steep inclines. It should be interesting, we were joking around last night in the garage that we might take the whole front end off to get the car to the start.

I love the looks of the car but the seats look like they would be as comfortable as a prostate check.
