I live about 2 miles from Steve Saleen and I've actually seen this car driving, I'm not sure if he owns it but he was driving it and god damn it look's awesome in person...

This has to be one of the very few cars in history where the street version was actually faster around a track than the race version. I will have to find times to validate this but I know the race version had to be "toned down" due the GT1 rules.
