Correct. Anyone can put wheels on anything. I believe Bugatti won't "support" your Veyron hitting top speed and sustaining it safely with any wheels but their own, though.

From what i've heard you can't take the OEM tyre off from the wheel. And there aren't aftermarket tires that can hold up to speeds above 370km/H.
Well, i think i could live with only 370km/h

I don't think any but Michelin's have been tested and certified at the Veyron's top speed, yeah. But still, there are a decent few tires that hold up very very well at very high speeds, and most of the time, you won't be maxing out your Veyron.

Remember, there are several cars that get close to (or match?) the Veyron's top speed at the Texas Mile and other standing mile competitions. The Veyron needs a bit more than a mile to hit that speed.

Of course, the Veyron does it on road tires, whereas the standing mile competitors don't always use road tires.

The wheels look like electrical tape rapped around the rims, to thin

Did ADV.1 ever put wheels on a bugatti like they were talking about?

Anytime a company can use a car of this caliber for promo use is great but it looks like a hotwheels car.

I think Forgiato beat ADV 1 to the punch... at least according to the article I read.
