I don't remember hearing that. I was really surprised to hear what the redline is set at, way lower then I would have guessed. And it's a repost McRae, already in the pagani thread.

Sure you're not referring tot he 65 AMG cars? Whose engines are limited to 1,000nM torque so as not to destroy the transmission?

The engine in the zonda can
Be tuned without fi to 1000hp but it would stress out the engine. They have gone from 400 something to 760
The huayra engine is good for even more hp an atleast 1200nm, it is aswell not pushed to the limit. And I love that About Mercedes.. No wonder that damn zonda test car has done over 1millon km
