Youtuber "Gumbal" recently visited the Gran Turismo Events at the Nurburgring, and was lucky enough to film the record-holding Agera R being put through its paces at the famous ring. It's been reported online that the Agera R hit a record speed of 420km/h, a personal best. The roar from the 1115 HP Koenigsegg Agera R is enough to make anyone's head turn and take notice. That's not possible. The Döttingerhöhe is not long enough for that speed and by the way too bumpy. After the straight is a corner you shouldn't forget.

Yea, the more I think about it the more I realize it couldn't have been that fast. In Sportautos test from 2010 the Koenigsegg CCR reached a top speed on the Döttinger Höhe of 313 km/h. It only had 800 hp compared to the Agera R's 1200 but still, another 90 km/h above 300 on that short straight just shouldn't be possible.

You could fit in two 0-313-0 runs on the straight using the Agera.And why is it impossible? There's cars with 1500 bhp and manual transmissions doing 0-400 in a mile. This is 2012, not 2006.
