Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse production to exceed Super Sport

Bugatti is expecting big things of the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. With the Veyron Super Sport being limited to a handful of units, Bugatti has said that the company will probably produce more of the Vitesse model.

Speaking with Teamspeed today, Bugatti spokesperson Emanuela Wilm, mentioned that the maximum number of Grand Sports will be 150.

"The Vitesse is within this limitation", said Ms Wilm. "We have sold about 50 Grand Sport, so the maximum number of Vitesse would be a little less than 100."

Whether Bugatti can find buyers to pony up for the most expensive production car in the world may be another thing, however.

We look forward to the Geneva Motor Show to find out all the details where the Grand Sport Vitesse will be shown in public for the first time.

 

They won't sell that many. Only sold 42 ss coupes. If they could have sold more they would have. I bet they will only sell 20 or so of this new ss/gs.

 

Damn, it looks great without a roof..... I wonder what else the Vitesse will bring. And I agree with Greg, I don't think they'll sell that many.
