As I have told when first pics of mule appeared here on TS, that very interesting Veyron is in the works, and seems that I was just right.





Car is 99% ready, Bugatti just needs to schedule the launch timing, could be Geneva, but Pebble Beach could be more likely and the final name of the car, it will not be just Grand Sport Supersport, its only as for now.

Specs are about same as Supersport coupe, but few hints says it could be even a bit more than 1200 hp. Roof construction to be a bit modified, but don't expect anything tricky, just CF retractable top and emergency umbrella.

Pebble beach? thats way too long! i heard they are also going to unveil a concept car this year, probably the new Galibier. And they are also working on a limited edition hypercar, the Aerolithe project. Cool things are coming from Bugatti in the next years!

 

The Aerolithe project = the restauration of a oldschool '57 Bugatti and not a "limited edition hypercar"?
