2 things from those videos.
On the first one you can hear the Ferrari. It is faint, and most of the time entirely covered by the Koenigsegg. But, it is still audible.
On the second, I want an abandonded airfield to play in.

Koenigsegg Agera R 0-200mph: 17.68s
Bugatti Veyron 0-200mph: 24.2s
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport 0-200mph: 22.2s
Although the SSC Ultimate Aero and Hennessey Venom GT are around 16s from given GPS data.
